Funding made available to income eligible clients on a first come first serve basis for the following categories: (1) Purchase Assistance ? down payment assistance & closing costs to be applied tot he purchase of a new or already existing home (2) Rehabilitation ? renovation of existing homes to extend the economic life of the home 5 to 10 years (3) Emergency repairs needed due to health related emergencies or other conditions that would justify an emergency (4) Replacement ? when rehabilitation of the existing home is not feasible.
